Where do you deliver the plants?

We deliver in all Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 cities within India.

What are the different modes of delivery?

We have different modes of delivery:

  • Hand delivery – Order is delivered by our store partner
  • Courier – Orders are dispatched by us & will be delivered through one of the registered courier partner.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status by visiting the TRACK MY ORDER section & selecting the relevant order

What payment methods can be used?

• Credit Cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards

• Debit Cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts.

• Wallets: We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available as a payment option?

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option. This decision is based on the fact that the purchaser of the gift, who is responsible for payment, is typically different from the recipient of the gift.

Can I apply the discount code after I have made the payment?

Applying the discount code or gift certificate is only possible during checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once payment has been completed, it’s not feasible to apply the discount code to the same order.

What is a convenience fee when I order online?

A convenience fee is a small additional cost that is added to the final payable amount of a transaction for added convenience.

How do I remove products in my Cart?

To remove a specific product from your Cart, select “Manage Your Cart.” Here, you’ll find a list of all items in your Cart. Simply locate the product you want to remove and click on the “Remove” button adjacent to it.

Is there a limit on how many E-gift vouchers I can use in a single order?

Certainly, only one E-gift voucher can be utilized per order.

Can I use discount coupon along with Gift certificate/E-Gift card?
